Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) Molds for Aluminum Structural Parts Our LPDC structural‑part molds are widely used for new‑energy vehicle chassis, suspension parts and load‑bearing components. Bottom‑filling low‑pressure filling mode reduces gas entrapment, delivers dense internal structure and excellent mechanical property. We conduct full Procast CAE simulation before manufacturing to optimize gating, cooling channels and vent layout. High‑grade hot‑work mold steel ensures long mold service life. The mold is designed for stable cycle time and low casting rejection rate for mass production. Application: EV chassis parts, suspension brackets, battery‑housing frames, automotive load‑bearing structural components.
Aluminum Gravity Casting Molds for Structural Components Gravity casting permanent molds for complex aluminum structural parts. Suitable for medium‑large size brackets, connecting pieces and housing parts with moderate production volume. Optimized gating system and exhaust structure solve shrinkage and porosity risks. Rigid mold‑frame design improves mold stability under long‑time working condition. We support customized mold structure according to customer’s casting drawing, production rhythm and quality requirement. CPC (Counter‑Pressure Casting) Molds for High‑Performance Aluminum Structural Parts CPC counter‑pressure casting technology delivers higher feeding capacity compared with conventional LPDC. Our CPC structural‑part molds target high‑requirement load‑bearing aluminum components which demand ultra‑low porosity and high mechanical performance. Special mold sealing structure, matched pressure‑releasing and cooling system are engineered for counter‑pressure working condition. CAE simulation is applied to predict solidification process.
